Measured Surveys

A measured survey is an accurate representation of a building or property showing the structural elements and architectural features. Floor plans are essential to give an accurate representation of the building and can be backed up with elevations and cross sections presented as a scaled survey drawings.

We undertake measured building surveys, topographical surveys, level surveys and more for both commercial and residential properties. We can survey an element of a property independently or as part of a fully connected co-ordinated survey. We ensure your floor plans, sections, elevations and more are as accurate and detailed as possible. We provide you with with accurate, easy-to-manipulate CAD and PDF drawings.

Lease Plans & Land Registry Plans

A Land Registry Compliant Lease Plan is required for several reasons; For example, when a new lease of 7 or more years is being granted; When a leasehold property is sold; When land forming part of a registered Title or that has been previously unregistered is being sold; When an existing Title is being split into two or more parts; If the demise of a property changes.

We produce professional Land Registry compliant lease plans and title plans for both commercial and residential properties. We pride ourselves in being able to provide a fast and efficient service. We work with Solicitors, agents, developers and property owners.

Small Works Planning

In many cases the value of a small works project does not justify the engagement of an architect to assist with the plans. We undertake planning for both commercial and residential properties and have completed planning for refurbishment, repairs, alterations, extensions and loft conversions.

Building Regulation Applications

For small or large, commercial or residential properties, local authority building control will usually be required to oversee the construction work and make sure all work is compliant with current building regulations. Whether it is the local authority or a private building control inspector who is commissioned, we can make sure the project application is completed accurately and in accordance with building control requirements. In the event that other specialists are required, we can liaise with the third parties in a professional matter and make life easier for you or your client.
