After much consultation, our professional body, the RICS, introduced a standard proforma Homebuyer Report designed to allow the public to easily understand the condition of their property as well as obtain an opinion on value.  This standard form report is only available to professional firms who agree to pay the annual licence fee which we at Capital Chartered Surveyors have always done.  When you receive a Homebuyer Report from Capital Chartered Surveyors, you can be confident that it is the official RICS product
