Our Property Portfolio Valuations Summary
  • The property portfolio valuations are produced by our Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers.
  • If the properties can be inspected then it will involve a site visit, the property is measured and photographed.
  • Detailed research on comparable evidence (other properties of similar size, age and location) is undertaken using our comprehensive databases, historic data sources and tools to establish a valuation.
  • A detailed portflio valuation report is provided which complies with RICS international valuation standards and in a form consistent with HMRC/VOA expectations of such a report.
  • Post valuation support is provided by phone and email. When necessary we are well equipped to negotiate on your behalf.
What Happens if the Surveyor/Valuer cannot get access to a property?

Capital Chartered Surveyors will always request access to all the properties so that they can inspect. However, there may be times when this is not possible, for example if the property has been sold. Generally, we can still carry out a valuation from information supplied and by investigating previous sales details, comprehensive databases and historic data sources.
