Our RICS Valuation Service Summary

The process we undertake to deliver a valuation report is made up of several defined stages that include:

  • The valuation is produced by a Chartered RICS Registered Valuer
  • If the property can be accessed then it will involve both an internal and external inspection, measurement and photographs.
  • Detailed research on comparable evidence (other properties of similar size, age and location) is undertaken using our comprehensive databases, historic data sources and other tools to establish a valuation.
  • A detailed written RICS Redbook Valuation report is provided and derived from robust RICS standards and regulatory processes.
  • Post valuation support is provided by phone and email.
